This modern seafront villa is set between the coves of Sa Riera and Aiguafreda, offering direct views over the pine forest nature park and Mediterranean Sea. Designed for family stays, the accommodation features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and space for up to 10 guests, spread across three stylish levels connected by a private elevator.

The villa offers high-end decoration, full air conditioning, large panoramic windows and an infinity pool overlooking the coastline. The terraces, garden and open architecture allow natural light from morning to evening, creating a calm and spacious setting.

On arrival, an airy patio leads to the main entrance with sea views and access to a solarium terrace. This floor includes two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, generous storage and a private bathroom. Both rooms open through large windows onto a terrace with sweeping sea and pool views.

Going down one level, guests enter the main living floor. A panoramic lounge, dining area and open kitchen share a single, bright space facing the sea. The living room includes modern furnishings and a fireplace connecting to the dining room. The dining table seats 10-12 guests, while the kitchen is equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster and coffee maker. Large sliding windows open onto a terrace with outdoor dining, sea views and direct access to the pool and garden. A separate guest toilet is located on this floor.

The lower level includes a storage room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and three further bedrooms. Two rooms feature two single beds each (80 x 200 cm), which can be arranged as doubles if needed. They share a bathroom across the corridor with bathtub, double basin, WC and spacious shower. The final bedroom is very large, with a queen bed, dressing room and private bathroom featuring a hydromassage bathtub, separate shower, WC and double sink. All three bedrooms open through large windows to a lower garden with sea views directly from the beds.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
