Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked last minute for twelve and were glad we did. The living room flowed to the terrace so we ate outside most nights. The pool felt private and we alternated laps with beach time at Pals and Sa Riera. Showers were strong, towels fresh, and every room looked sharp. The owner met us on day one for a quick welcome and left a small pack with water and snacks. Covered parking made unpacking easy and we used the path to Begur Castle one afternoon. The whole week felt smooth and uncomplicated. Mornings were bright and quiet.

Family get together done right
We gathered for a small anniversary and needed space for grandparents, siblings and two kids. The house delivered. Ground floor access helped with mobility, and there were safe places for the little ones to run. The kitchen had everything, including microwave and kettle for quick snacks, plus an ice maker for drinks at sunset. We walked to Illa Roja on a clear day and the water looked unreal. Evenings by the fireplace were calm, and the laundry room kept clothes sorted for the group. We left rested.

Sunny days and simple comforts
Spent a full week here and felt like we actually rested. Mornings started with swims, then a slow walk to the bakery in Sa Riera. The garden had sunny corners for tanning and shaded chairs for books. We used the barbecue twice and ate under the covered area while the sky turned pink. Wifi handled a couple of work calls and the bedrooms stayed cool with the breeze. The manager organized a car hire and shared local tips, which saved time. It was easy living, with beach and pool switching every day.
