The property has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping layout includes 5 rooms with queen beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) for two people. On request, two inflatable beds can be placed, ideal for children. Air conditioning and WiFi are available throughout.
The ground floor offers a large open-plan social area with different ambiences: a living room overlooking the sea, a dining space, a fully equipped open kitchen, and access to the garden. A comfortable TV room is slightly separated from the main living room, making it a great spot for relaxing after a day in the sun. This level also includes a bathroom and access to both the indoor garage and outdoor parking - suitable for 3 cars.
Outdoors, guests enjoy a private garden and swimming pool located just steps from the sea, as well as a spacious terrace that becomes the heart of holiday life. A large dining table comfortably seats up to 16 people, creating the perfect setting for slow breakfasts, sunset dinners or quiet evenings under the stars.
On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms: two suites with queen beds (160 x 200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a room with a bunk bed. This floor also features 3 modern bathrooms and two terraces with beautiful views of the coastline.
The second floor includes two additional double bedrooms with queen beds (160 x 200 cm), a bathroom, and a large, sunny terrace with front-row vistas over the sea.
ABOUT THE AREA Located in L'Escala, the property sits between the sea and the mountains. The coastline offers crystal-clear waters and access to sandy beaches as well as rocky coves, ideal for snorkelling, windsurfing and kayaking. Nature lovers can explore walking paths and coastal trails.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent ten days here with friends and it was one of our favorite trips ever. The villa was huge but still cozy. We used the pool all day and watched the sea change colors at sunset. The outdoor dining space became our hangout spot every night. The kitchen had everything and the beds were super comfortable. We even had a barbecue one night that turned into a little party. The beach path next to the house made morning walks magical. A real coastal gem.

Peaceful and comfortable stay
We stayed here with a mix of adults and teenagers and everyone was happy. The pool area was fantastic, and the bedrooms had good air conditioning. The beach was right there, and the sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. We used the outdoor table every evening for dinner. The area felt safe, the WiFi worked fine, and the house was even better than in the pictures. Great value for such an amazing location.

Family time by the sea
This villa made our family holiday unforgettable. There was space for everyone and the setup was great for both kids and adults. We loved having breakfast outside and swimming in the pool with that sea view. The kitchen was easy to use, and the living room opened right to the terrace so we spent most of our time outside. The beach was just steps away, and evenings felt peaceful and private. The check-in was smooth and everything was spotless when we arrived.

The best place we’ve rented
We were a group of twelve celebrating a birthday and the villa was perfect. Big bright rooms, comfy beds, and the kitchen had everything for cooking big dinners together. The pool overlooked the sea and sunsets were unreal. Evenings on the terrace were calm and warm, with just the sound of the waves. We walked to nearby restaurants a few times but honestly didn’t want to leave the house. Everything worked perfectly and the host was quick to help when we had questions.
