Inside, the living area is bright and spacious, featuring a large dining table, fireplace, comfortable sofas and sliding doors that open directly to a partly covered loggia. From here, guests can relax, dine or read while enjoying picturesque views across the bay of Cadaqués. A separate library space includes a writing desk, lounge chairs and a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), ideal for quiet time or an extra sleeping spot if needed.
The accommodation includes four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy for families or groups. One of the rooms has a separate entrance and is partially carved into the natural rocks, providing a unique, authentic touch.

Bedroom 2: Twin room with 2 single beds (90 x 2.00 m), sliding doors to covered terrace, en-suite with bath/handheld shower and toilet. Bedroom 3: Separate entrance, partially carved into natural rock, king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), sliding doors to terrace and conservatory, en-suite with shower and toilet. Bedroom 4: King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), sliding door to garden, en-suite with shower and toilet. Additional sleeping: Sofa bed in the library (1.60 x 2.00 m).
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for home cooking, including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, oven, coffee machine and juicer. A utility room on the lower floor includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and farmhouse sink.
OUTDOOR SPACES Guests can enjoy a private 1,000 m² plot with mountain and sea views, shaded and sunny terraces, a conservatory with dining area, small outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) includes an outdoor shower and sun loungers for relaxing after a day at the beach.
ABOUT THE AREA Located in Cadaqués, the accommodation sits close to beaches, coves and coastal walking paths. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Ideal for families or groups
We were a group of eight adults and had plenty of space. The open living area and big dining table were perfect for evenings together. The kitchen had everything, even a juicer and espresso machine. The location was amazing - walking distance to the centre and beaches, but still calm and private. The house carved into the rock was such a unique detail! Weather was perfect too. Everything felt easy and relaxed, exactly what we needed.

Relaxing stay surrounded by nature
We wanted peace and views, and we got both. The villa sits right by the Cap de Creus park - so quiet you can hear the wind in the trees. Mornings on the terrace with coffee and sea views were the best part. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were so comfy. Everything from towels to the kitchen equipment was high quality. We also appreciated how smooth the check-in was. Already dreaming about returning next summer.

Beautiful villa with character
We stayed here for ten days as two families and absolutely loved it. The villa feels authentic with the stone walls and natural details, yet everything is modern and comfortable. Having a bathroom in every bedroom made things easy with kids. The pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons, and the outdoor kitchen got a lot of use! The agency team was friendly and responsive, helped us organize transfers and even suggested local restaurants. Cadaqués is simply stunning.

Perfect stay

Peaceful and elegant
