Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were twelve adults and four teens, and the layout fit us all comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious, beds good quality, and every corner was spotless. The kids never left the pool while we chilled by the jacuzzi. We cooked most meals at home because the kitchen was great and eating outside together felt like a dream. The villa felt private but still close to Begur town. Communication before arrival was smooth and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup.

Relaxed vibes and fun nights
We spent a week here with friends and really enjoyed it. The villa was spotless, modern and full of space for everyone. We played billiards and ping pong after dinner, then relaxed in the jacuzzi under the stars. The pool area was clean and private, great for tanning and reading. Having air conditioning was a huge plus during hot days. The kitchen had all the gear we needed and the WiFi worked fine for streaming. A great place for a fun, laid-back holiday.

Unforgettable family reunion
We were a group of fifteen celebrating my dad’s birthday and this house made it perfect. So much room to spread out, modern bathrooms, and big social areas for meals and games. The pool with the jacuzzi was used every day. Evenings outside were calm, and the air conditioning kept everything cool at night. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bar area made it feel special. We visited Aiguablava and Sa Riera easily from here. Everyone left happy and relaxed.

Perfect for large families
Stayed for a family reunion and it was ideal. Plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds, spotless bathrooms. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. Quiet location but easy to reach beaches and restaurants.
