The pool is heated in the off-season and accompanied by an outdoor shower area, garden furniture, sun terraces and a plancha for relaxed meals outside. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked last minute for a birthday getaway and couldn’t believe how beautiful the place was. The villa is surrounded by pine trees and overlooks the sea like something out of a movie. The Bluetooth speakers outside were a fun detail, and we loved the heated pool in the evenings. The concierge arranged a dinner at a local restaurant in Sa Tuna that was fantastic. Everything felt easy and relaxed from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for peace and style.

Dreamy villa for families
We came with two small kids and my parents - it worked out perfectly since every room had its own bathroom. The pool was clean and safe, and we appreciated how quiet and private the area was. Kitchen was fully stocked and spotless. We even had a plancha outside for cooking. The weather was sunny the whole week, and the views from the terrace were the best part of every day. We felt at home right away.
