The open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar, ample storage, an oven, and a hob, while the dining area seats six and offers access to the terrace. The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed, en-suite shower, and terrace access, perfect for easy outdoor enjoyment.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements. One bedroom features a double bed, a balcony with expansive sea views, and an en-suite shower. Another bedroom contains two single beds that can be joined to form a double, also with its own en-suite. The fourth bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed, ideal for children, and includes built-in wardrobes and balcony access. A family bathroom completes the first floor.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the first email, everything was easy. The staff arranged our airport transfer and even left a small welcome pack. The villa looked exactly like the photos, modern and super clean. We spent most of our time on the terrace, the sea view was unbelievable.

Great space for families
We came as two families and had plenty of room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made mornings so easy. The kids loved the bunk room. Pool was spotless and the outdoor area was amazing for BBQs and late dinners.

Perfect Getaway in Tamariu
Our family had an unforgettable vacation at this elegant home. We found the property easily on the website, and the booking process was simple. The property manager was helpful, making sure everything was as described. The kids were thrilled with the minimalist design and sea views.
