The living space features comfortable sofas, armchairs, a TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. A round dining table accommodates six guests, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a breakfast table for casual meals. A double bedroom with en-suite shower is also located on this floor.
Direct access from the living areas and kitchen leads to the well-maintained garden and pool. A covered terrace with an outdoor dining table is ideal for enjoying meals in the shade, while the generous lawn provides privacy and space for children to play. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.

Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at This cozy placeaespina was a family paradise. The villa was modern, spacious, and just a short walk from the beautiful beach of Tamariu. The open-plan living area was filled with natural light and allowed for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. We enjoyed leisurely meals on the shaded patio and refreshing swims in the large pool. A truly relaxing break for the whole family!
