Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came for a small family reunion and the villa worked so well. Kids loved the pool, and the adults spent evenings relaxing outside. The house stayed cool even on warm days and the layout made it comfortable for everyone. We visited Sa Riera, then had lunch in Begur town. The area felt calm and friendly, with everything within 10 minutes. Would happily stay again next summer.

Peaceful villa with everything
This place was just what we needed. Quiet neighborhood, private garden, and a pool big enough for morning swims. The kitchen had all the basics and we used the barbecue almost every night. The host checked in before arrival to make sure we had directions and left a list of nearby restaurants. It felt private but close to everything beaches, shops, and Begur’s old town. Very easy stay from start to finish.

Loved our week in Begur
We stayed for seven nights as two small families and it was perfect. The villa had space for everyone, bright rooms and a great kitchen for cooking together. The outdoor area was the highlight - pool, loungers, and a chill-out corner that caught the sunset. We explored Aiguablava and Tamariu beaches, both close by. Everything was clean, comfy, and easy. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to unwind.
