Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of friends stayed here for a long weekend. The beach was a short walk, and the evenings on the terrace were perfect. The host helped arrange taxis and gave restaurant tips that were spot on. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had all the basics covered. The pool stayed sunny most of the day and the loungers were super comfy. Great base for exploring Begur.

Unforgettable week in Begur
We stayed eight nights and loved every bit. The villa had space for all of us and felt private yet close to everything. The kitchen opened straight to the terrace, so meals outside became a daily thing. The pool was spotless and the view over the sea never got old. We even walked the Camino de Ronda to Sa Riera one morning, absolutely worth it. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great mix of beach and comfort
We stayed with another family and couldn’t have picked better. The villa was bright, modern, and clean, with sea views that made mornings feel special. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed long dinners outside. We walked down to the beach every day for swims and drinks, then came back for quiet evenings on the terrace. The whole stay felt easy and relaxed from start to finish.

Perfect family holiday
Stayed with our kids and everything was smooth. The kitchen had all we needed, beds comfy, pool clean and warm. We loved walking to Sa Riera for lunch and then back for evening swims. Great atmosphere.

Lovely stay near the beach
