Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Everything about this villa was amazing. Modern, clean, right on the water. The outdoor spaces were perfect for dinners and sunsets. We’d come back anytime.

A perfect week in Port de la Selva
We spent seven nights here as a group of friends and honestly didn’t want to leave. Every room had a view and the whole place was spotless. The pool was lovely, and the hot tub was perfect in the evenings. We went kayaking nearby and hiked in Cap de Creus, then came back to quiet sunsets and dinners on the terrace. The host was easy to reach and helpful with local tips. It was the ideal mix of adventure and pure relaxation - worth every pound.

Luxury with a local touch
The villa was even nicer than the pictures. The design is modern but still cozy, with big windows everywhere. We loved cooking meals together and eating outside under the stars. Peaceful getaway by the sea

Our favorite villa in costa brava
We’ve rented many villas along the coast, but this one topped them all. The house was bright, modern, and spotless, with a view straight over the sea. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub at night. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the booking process was simple and quick.
