GROUND FLOOR The main level features a large living room with a cozy fireplace and Smart TV, plus a separate dining area that opens directly to the garden terrace. Outside, you'll find a spacious lounge area and dining table - the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco meals with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding pine forest. The beautiful private infinity pool seems to melt into the horizon, offering an unforgettable Mediterranean backdrop.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and has direct access to a terrace with a built-in BBQ for easy outdoor cooking. On this floor, there's also a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower. A stairway leads to an additional living/bedroom space featuring a comfortable sofa bed.
FIRST FLOOR Upstairs you'll find six more bedrooms: - The master suite includes a private bathroom with a double shower and balcony access. - Another double bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and balcony. - One more double room with a double bed and balcony. - A twin bedroom with two single beds. - Two single bedrooms, one with balcony access. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa had such good energy. Quiet, surrounded by trees, and that sea view was magic. We spent all day outdoors and slept like babies at night. Loved it.

Best vacation ever
We stayed ten nights and didn’t want to leave. The villa had everything we needed - space, comfort, and that infinity pool with the sea right in front. We grilled outside most evenings, watched sunsets with a glass of wine, and just slowed down. The beach was two minutes away, super clear water and calm waves. Evenings were quiet, and you could hear the sea from bed. It’s a perfect place for families or groups who want privacy and the real Costa Brava feeling.

Luxury by the sea
The photos don’t do it justice. The view is unbelievable, and the house has so much light. We used the pool every day and loved the walk down to the little beach. The area felt safe and private, yet close to Blanes for restaurants. Every room was clean, comfortable, and had its own charm. Nights were calm, mornings full of sun and sea breeze. The welcome guide with local tips was a nice touch. We left totally relaxed.

Relaxing family getaway
This villa felt like home, only with better views! We stayed for a week with kids and grandparents and everyone was happy. The infinity pool was perfect for lazy afternoons, and the private club nearby had a great beach bar. The kitchen had everything, and we loved cooking dinners together. Unforgettable group holiday
We came as a group of friends celebrating a birthday and had the best time. The villa had so much space for everyone, with comfy rooms and great bathrooms.
