Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as a mix of couples and singles and the villa worked perfectly since everyone had their own space. Loved having big shared areas for breakfast and late dinners. Tried the jacuzzi after a long day out and it felt amazing. We could walk to a shop and a beach bar which made things simple. Everything about the stay was comfortable and chill.

Really unforgettable stay
We stayed eight nights and used everything - the spa, the pool, the huge terrace. Mornings started with a short walk to the beach and evenings ended with long chats outside. Got a few restaurant tips that turned out great. Rooms had tons of light and each one opened to a terrace which was super nice. Whole trip felt easy and relaxed.

Amazing for bigger groups
We were ten people total and didn’t feel crowded for a second. Plenty of corners to relax alone and big shared areas for meals together. One windy afternoon we just chilled inside in the living room and it was surprisingly cosy. Loved having the spa area and the quick path to the beach. Communication before arrival was quick and helpful.

One of the best places we’ve booked
We spent a family holiday here and honestly the layout made life so easy. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which meant zero waiting around. We walked to a couple of beach bars in the evenings and always came back to sit on the terrace with that insane sea view. Water was super clear, kids swam a ton. The whole stay felt calm and smooth.

Perfect for a slow holiday
Very quiet area, exactly what we needed. The upstairs room opening straight to the pool was my favourite part. We used the BBQ one night and had a great relaxed dinner outside. No stress at all.

Stunning place right by the sea
We stayed here for a week and honestly the sea views were the first thing we noticed every morning. Super calm area, clean rooms, big terraces. Kids lived in the pool most of the time. Felt like a proper break.
