The villa is built over three levels and offers spacious, light-filled interiors with high-quality finishes and elegant decoration throughout. On the ground floor, there is a private parking area and the main entrance hall.
The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area and includes four bedrooms. One double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. Two additional double bedrooms also open onto the terrace and share a shower room. The master suite includes its own private shower room and terrace access, offering privacy and outdoor space.
The upper floor is designed as the main living area and provides a bright and comfortable environment for relaxing and socialising. This level features a spacious living room with direct access to a large outdoor terrace with a private swimming pool and excellent sea views. The generous dining area with an open-plan American-style kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the space, with access to a separate terrace ideal for outdoor dining. A barbecue area is also located on this level, along with a guest cloakroom.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms as well as in the living room.

Cultural attractions such as the Can Mario Museum and the Josep Pla Foundation are within a short drive, along with restaurants and cafés in the Tamariu area. Girona–Costa Brava Airport is approximately 57 km away.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was a friends’ getaway and the villa fit us perfectly. We liked that the sleeping floor was separate, so late nights upstairs didn’t disturb anyone. Some mornings we walked down toward Aigua Xelida, other days we didn’t leave the house at all. The open kitchen worked well for group cooking and the terraces gave everyone space to disappear when needed. The sea view wasn’t just nice, it shaped the whole stay. By the end, nobody wanted to be the first to pack.

A house built around the view
We spent a full week here and honestly planned very little because the villa itself kept us busy. The top floor became our main hangout, with the living space opening straight to the pool and that endless sea view. Bedrooms were well separated, so everyone had their own corner. Evenings meant grilling, quiet talks, and watching the coast lights come on. It never felt rushed or crowded, which mattered with eight people sharing.

A really relaxing stay
We came as two couples and a few friends and liked how private the area felt. Even though Tamariu beach wasn’t right next door, the drive was short and easy. Most days we cooked, used the outdoor terrace and stayed in. Booking was simple and communication before arrival was clear, no back and forth.

Sea mornings and slow starts
We stayed here with our family for a quiet week and the views were the first thing we noticed every single morning. Coffee on the upper terrace turned into a daily ritual. The house felt calm and airy, bedrooms were comfy, and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons without noise around.
