Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The private pool was the highlight. We spent most afternoons there after exploring the town. The place felt new, super clean, and very comfortable. Would totally book again.

Fantastic family trip

Modern villa by the sea
We’ve stayed in Sant Feliu before but never this close to the marina. The villa was spotless and well equipped, perfect for our group of ten. We cooked dinners outside a few nights and used the pool every day. The area felt safe and quiet, yet you could walk everywhere. We had such a nice mix of relaxing days and exploring nearby beaches. A week of pure comfort
This villa had such a lovely atmosphere. Full of light, super clean, and perfectly located between the marina and the beach. Our favorite holiday yet
We came as two families and had the best week. The villa was roomy and beautifully designed, with five bathrooms so no one had to wait in the mornings.
