At street level there is a garage with space for two cars and a freight lift for shopping and luggage. A staircase leads up to the villa's elevated position. On the ground floor, guests will find a modern living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Large windows open directly onto the terrace and the infinity pool (10 x 4 m), offering a spectacular sea-facing panorama. The pool can be heated in May, June, September and October.
A half-floor above, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with double sinks and shower, with direct access to a rear terrace and garden. The upper level includes two more bedrooms, a second living room and a bathroom with double sinks, shower, toilet and a bath overlooking the sea. This floor also has access to an additional terrace. For the best views of all, the rooftop offers two large terraces with stunning 360° panoramas of the sea and mountains.
Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with twin beds, giving flexibility for families or friends. In total there are three modern bathrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow naturally, creating a peaceful setting for reading, sunbathing, outdoor dining or simply enjoying the scenery.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed a week and wish it had been longer. The villa was even better than the photos, full of light and open space. The heated pool was amazing, and we spent every day between swimming and relaxing on the terrace. The location was quiet but close to Begur and Tamariu for dinners out. The house had everything, even a lift for luggage which made things easier. It felt like our own private retreat above the sea. We’d come back without hesitation.

Modern comfort with stunning views
The villa was spotless and designed beautifully. You could see the sea from almost every room. The kids loved the pool and we loved the calm. We cooked most meals at home because the kitchen had everything. Evenings on the top terrace were unreal, watching the sun set behind the mountains. The host helped with local tips and check-in was easy. It felt like a little paradise surrounded by nature.

Unforgettable family holiday
This place really has that wow factor. We came for a family reunion and the villa made it special. The pool, the terraces, and the views of the hills and sea were incredible. We used the barbecue a few nights and watched the stars from the rooftop. The rooms were clean and bright, and everyone loved having their own bathroom. The area was peaceful but close enough to beaches and restaurants. It felt private, elegant, and totally relaxing.

A dream villa above the sea
We were two families sharing the house and it couldn’t have been better. The infinity pool was amazing, especially in the evening when the sky turned pink. The layout gave everyone space, and the two living areas worked perfectly for kids and adults. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. We loved the terraces on every level, each with a different view. Walking to Tamariu Beach was easy and the area felt calm and safe. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Incredible views
