Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with friends and the house surprised us with how big it actually is. Everyone had their own suite, so mornings weren’t chaotic for once. We cooked a lot and the pool-level kitchen made it easy. One afternoon we walked down to Tamariu Beach, grabbed something to eat, and headed back for a swim with the sunset hitting the cliffs. The whole place feels private but not isolated, exactly how we like it.

Amazing week by the sea
Booked the villa for a birthday trip and it ended up being one of the best stays we’ve had. The terrace on the top floor was the place where we all ended up hanging out late into the night. The weather was warm enough to use the infinity pool every day, and the coastal trail nearby was fun to explore. We had one small question about the AC on arrival and got a fast answer, which was nice. Loved the kitchen by the pool too, super handy for lunches.

Couldn’t have picked a better place
We came as two families and stayed 6 nights. The house worked perfectly because every room had its own bathroom, so no one had to wait around. The kids kept running between the pool and the little gym room (they were obsessed with the underwater window). We tried Restaurant Mossec one evening, walkable and pretty good. The area is quiet but still close enough to beaches, especially Aiguablava which was our favourite. Honestly a great mix of privacy and access to things to do.

Relaxing stay overall
Came here with my parents and my partner. Spent most days on the upper terrace reading because the breeze was perfect. No noise, no crowds, just sea and sun. Bedrooms were comfy and having private bathrooms for everyone was a blessing.

Loved the vibe here
Stayed a week with my family and honestly the views were insane. Waking up with the sea right there felt unreal. Kids loved the lower pool area and we walked to Tamariu Beach a couple times. The house was super calm, exactly what we needed.
