Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here with friends and relatives and that balance mattered. Some days were loud and social around the pool, others were quiet, with people reading alone on different terraces. The kids had their own room and routines, which helped a lot. The house layout made it easy for everyone to follow their own rhythm. Begur was close when we wanted dinner out, but the villa itself kept pulling us back. It felt like a place built for groups that still want privacy.

Designed for long summer days
This was a family reunion and the villa made it simple. With six bedrooms and so many bathrooms, nobody waited for anything. The infinity pool quickly became the main meeting point, while others preferred the jacuzzi or shaded terraces. We drove to Sa Tuna a couple of times, but most meals happened at home, grilling and watching the sea change color. Even with fourteen people, it never felt chaotic, just spread out and easy.

Sea views that didn’t get old
We booked this for a week with friends and didn’t expect the house to feel so relaxed for such a big group. The living area handled everyone easily, and the kitchen worked great for shared meals. Big house, quiet days
We stayed here as a mixed family group and the space really helped. Everyone had room to breathe, especially with all the terraces. Mornings were slow, kids used the bunk room, adults ended up around the pool. Sa Tuna was close enough for a quick drive, but most days we stayed in.
