This holiday home is a beautifully renovated villa set high above Calella de Palafrugell, in a peaceful cul-de-sac with spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside. The accommodation was originally built in 1978 and fully modernised in 2017-2018, designed to showcase its location with oversized windows that frame the sea, sunsets and rolling hills like living artwork. It is ideal for one or two families, with space for up to 8 guests.
The villa is arranged over two floors and is filled with natural light. Instead of air conditioning, each room has elegant, silent ceiling fans to keep the house cool in an environmentally friendly way.
GROUND FLOOR The entrance leads into a bright space with access to a TV lounge and library, complete with a flat-screen TV and a sofa that can convert into a high-quality double bed (1.40m) when needed. Large glass doors open toward the garden and countryside. The open-plan kitchen faces the dining room and garden, featuring an island with induction hob so cooking can be enjoyed while chatting with family and friends. The dining area has a table for 6-8 guests, and a separate living room sits behind a glass-fronted fireplace, opening out to a generous terrace with panoramic sea and countryside views. This level also includes a shower room with toilet.
FIRST FLOOR Stairs lead to a quiet upper level with oak flooring, a work desk facing the sea, and three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined into a 180 cm double and direct sea views; a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a small private terrace overlooking the countryside; and a suite featuring a central king-size bed, panoramic windows to sea and countryside, a romantic gas fireplace, an en-suite shower room, and a delightful bathtub positioned in front of the large window for complete relaxation. The suite opens onto a private terrace with two deck chairs. A second shower room serves the twin and double bedrooms.

OUTDOOR SPACES The 800 m² Mediterranean garden is planted with olive trees, cork oaks and a large umbrella pine. A stone terrace with an antique marble table invites outdoor dining for 6-8 guests, and garden furniture creates a relaxed corner for evening drinks under warm lights. The private swimming pool measures 12.5 x 3 m, long enough for real laps, with automatic evening lighting. Two private parking spaces are available at the foot of the house.
ABOUT THE AREA The villa sits on the highest point above the seaside at Calella, one of the most picturesque coastal villages in Catalonia. A 10-minute walk leads down to Golfet beach, a beautiful cove with clear water. From there, the coastal path continues along cliffs and pine forests toward Calella's whitewashed houses and fishing boats, or in the opposite direction toward the long natural beach of Castell. Hiking, snorkelling, diving and coastal viewpoints are all close by.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent a lovely week with friends celebrating a birthday. The villa had loads of space, modern bathrooms, and that long pool was perfect for morning swims. Loved the small touches - towels, kitchen gear, comfy bedding. The walk to Golfet beach was easy and the coastal path nearby is beautiful!

A dream stay by the sea
We stayed for 9 nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. The design of the house makes you feel like you’re living inside a postcard - huge windows, sea views from the bed, clean pool. Booking was smooth and the team checked on us once to make sure all was fine, which we really appreciated. Great memories made here!
