On the ground floor, the open-plan American-style kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The kitchen opens into a bright living and dining area with television and direct access to the porch and private garden. This level also includes a utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer. There are two bedrooms on this floor, both furnished with double beds, one of which has direct access to the garden. A shower room is also located on this level. The covered porch features a barbecue area, creating a pleasant space for outdoor dining.
The first floor hosts the remaining bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite shower room and direct access to a sunbathing terrace. Two additional bedrooms each feature a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Another bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with twin beds are also located on this level, along with an additional shower room.
In total, the villa offers seven bedrooms and five shower rooms, accommodating larger families or groups comfortably. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided via ventilation ducts throughout the property. WiFi is available free of charge, and interior equipment also includes a capsule coffee machine.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place a bit last minute for a mixed group and honestly didn’t expect it to flow so well. Some of us were early risers, others night owls, and nobody bothered anyone. A few mornings we walked to grab fresh stuff, other days we didn’t leave the house at all. Pool time felt natural, never crowded. Having that many bedrooms meant no negotiations, which was gold. It felt lived-in, not staged, and that made the stay comfortable from day one.

Loved the space and all the extras
This wasn’t a party stay, more of a slow family break, and the villa fit that perfectly. Mornings started quietly, coffee outside, kids drifting to the pool later on. Having five shower rooms avoided stress completely. One bedroom opening straight to the garden was a favorite. We liked being near Calella without feeling surrounded. The space allowed everyone to follow their own routine, which made the whole week feel easy and unforced.

A place that didn’t feel crowded
We stayed one full week with extended family and kids of different ages. What mattered most was how the layout separated noise. Some bedrooms were quiet, others closer to the action. The pool and garden were used daily, while evenings shifted naturally to the porch. Air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The beach was close enough for short outings, but the house itself kept us in most of the time, which says a lot.

Calm days, busy dinners
This villa worked great for our group of friends who like cooking together. The kitchen opened nicely into the living area and out to the porch, so everything felt connected. We did grocery runs on foot, grilled most nights, and spent afternoons around the pool. Booking was simple and communication before arrival was clear.

Relaxed stay
We stayed here with a large family mix and the house handled it better than expected. Seven bedrooms helped a lot, especially with mornings. The garden was used nonstop and the covered porch became our main spot for meals. Beach walks were doable, but we liked having space around us.
