Guests can also reach the historic center of L'Escala in a short 3.8 km drive.
Designed for relaxed summer living, the villa is spread across two floors and offers a private garden with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining space, a portable barbecue and a ping-pong table. It's the perfect outdoor area for enjoying meals in the shade, spending time with family, or relaxing by the pool.
Inside, the main living and dining room features WiFi, a TV, a fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and plenty of kitchen utensils. The kitchen also has air conditioning and direct access to the outdoor space.
The sleeping layout includes 6 bedrooms: 5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Beds are prepared with duvets or blankets, sheets, and pillows.
There are 3 bathrooms, each with a shower, plus an additional separate toilet. Practical holiday comforts are also included, such as heating, a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and a clothesline with clothespins.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here for a week with friends and couldn’t have picked a better place. The beach was so close we walked there every morning for a swim, then spent afternoons around the pool. The kitchen had everything for cooking at home, and the BBQ became our evening ritual. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We played ping-pong, had music nights outside, and loved the quiet neighborhood. Perfect mix of fun and chill.

Great spot for big families
We came with three families, twelve people in total, and it worked perfectly. The kids were always in the pool while we relaxed in the garden. Having so many double rooms was a huge plus. The kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor dining area was great for long meals together. The walk to the beach was easy and the water was crystal clear. The villa was spotless and comfortable. Everyone loved it, we’re already planning to come back next summer.

Ideal for families
Stayed here with our kids and parents. Lots of space for everyone, comfy beds, and a nice garden. The pool was spotless and we used the BBQ almost every night. Supermarket and restaurants close by too.

Beachside comfort
