A bar-restaurant is just 3 minutes away, a supermarket is an 8-minute walk, and the Montgrí Natural Park is only 700 m from the house. Guests can also reach the historic center of L'Escala in a short 3.8 km drive.

Designed for relaxed summer living, the villa is spread across two floors and offers a private garden with an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining space, a portable barbecue and a ping-pong table. It's the perfect outdoor area for enjoying meals in the shade, spending time with family, or relaxing by the pool.

Inside, the main living and dining room features WiFi, a TV, a fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and plenty of kitchen utensils. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
