Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent ten days here in July and wished we’d booked longer. The house was modern and super comfortable, with the best pool view we’ve ever had. The chill-out corner was perfect for reading or naps after lunch. The beach was close enough for quick trips, but we often stayed in because it was too good to leave. The outdoor kitchen made cooking easy, and we even spotted dolphins one morning. It felt peaceful, simple and exactly what we needed.

Family holiday with a view
We came as two couples with kids and the layout worked perfectly. Bedrooms were bright, and the outdoor kitchen near the pool was a game changer for easy meals. The view was just stunning, especially in the morning. The area around Illes Medes was fun to explore, and we loved the local seafood places. The villa felt peaceful and private, but still close to the beach. Everything was spotless when we arrived.

Our best stay in Costa Brava
This villa really exceeded expectations. The view across Pals Bay and Begur was incredible - pictures don’t do it justice. The pool was clean and perfectly placed for sun all day. The outdoor dining area was where we spent most of our time, grilling and eating under the stars. Inside was tidy and practical, great kitchen setup, good WiFi and comfy living area. Close to restaurants but far enough to feel private. Great experience overall.

Unreal views and peaceful vibe
We were two families sharing and this villa worked perfectly. Loads of space for everyone, clean bathrooms, comfy beds and that endless sea view from every corner. The outdoor area was our favorite - pool, chill-out spot, and a small kitchen so we never had to go inside during the day. Easy drive to shops and beaches, but we honestly stayed in most days. The area felt calm and safe. We’d happily return next summer for longer.
