The main villa includes a huge 100 m2 living area combining a lounge, dining space and a fitted kitchen, along with 3 single bedrooms and 2 bathrooms featuring bathtubs, showers, sinks and WC. The annex house adds 4 additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, plus another living-dining area, a second kitchen, and a lounge that can be converted for two more guests. In total, the sleeping layout includes multiple double beds, a king bed with a small child bed in one room, and a sofa bed with an extra single bed in the living room.
Outdoor living is a highlight of this accommodation. Guests enjoy a private swimming pool (7 m x 3.50 m), a large furnished terrace of over 100 m2, sun loungers, a barbecue area and plenty of space to relax. For year-round enjoyment, the property also includes an indoor heated Jacuzzi and a Hamam room. An outdoor Jacuzzi and a pétanque area add even more leisure options, making the space very family friendly.
Both houses are air-conditioned, equipped with heating, WiFi and television. Additional conveniences include washing machine, fridges, two dishwashers and private parking inside a fully fenced and secure estate with no direct overlooking. One of the great advantages of this property is the free mooring available just 50 meters away, ideal for guests arriving with a boat or jet ski (up to 8 m).

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a reunion and had an amazing week. Each family had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, so no queues in the morning. The jacuzzi and steam room were great after a beach day. The pool area was big enough for everyone to relax, and the BBQ corner became our evening spot. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants and the marina. Everything was clean, private and really comfortable. Would recommend it without hesitation.

The best group holiday we’ve had
We came as a big group of friends for a summer break and this place was spot on. The pool was clean and sunny all day, and we used the outdoor jacuzzi every evening. The living area was huge, with space for everyone to hang out. The marina was just around the corner, so we went on boat rides a few times. The house had everything we needed, from air conditioning to two full kitchens. Nights on the terrace with music and drinks were unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back.

Ideal for groups
Stayed here with friends and couldn’t have asked for better. Plenty of bedrooms, comfy beds, and a short walk to the marina. We used the BBQ most nights and loved the chill vibe.

Great stay in Empuriabrava
We had a fantastic week here. Loads of space, clean rooms, and the pool was lovely. The jacuzzi was a bonus after beach days. Perfect spot for big families, close to shops and restaurants.
