Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This villa was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully designed. The open living room led straight to the terrace, where we spent hours lounging by the pool. The bedrooms were bright and comfortable, and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. We explored Begur and Aiguablava nearby, both stunning. Returning to the villa after beach days felt amazing. The atmosphere was calm, private and perfectly relaxing.

Relaxing summer getaway
We stayed here for a week and everything was just right. The villa had plenty of space, the pool was clean and private, and the kitchen made it easy to cook meals together. The location was quiet yet close to beaches and restaurants. We spent most evenings outside enjoying dinner and wine while the kids swam. The host was friendly and communication was smooth. It felt like a home away from home, not just a rental.
