Just a 5-minute walk from a nearby hotel with spa facilities, guests can also enjoy local sandy coves and a selection of seafront restaurants.
The light and airy lounge features leather sofas, flat-screen television, Internet TV with BBC1, 2 & 3, ITV 1 & 2, RTE 1 & 2, and a DVD player, with doors opening onto a sun terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, small dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, and juicer, with a breakfast bar. A separate utility room contains an additional washing machine, large dishwasher, extra fridge/freezer, iron, and ironing board. On this level, there are two twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower) and a separate shower room, all with access to small terraces.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and a terrace with table and chairs, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a corner bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks, toilet, and bidet. Another terrace with sun loungers provides a private space for relaxation.
The lower level comprises a twin bedroom and a separate apartment, with an open-plan lounge/dining area featuring a leather sofa bed suitable for two children, a flat-screen TV (DVD only), kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, and cafetiere, and a double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room. A games/TV room with flat-screen TV, Playstation 2, X-Box, and games offers additional entertainment.
Outside, the villa features a large covered BBQ area with seating for 10, an expansive terrace with 10 sun loungers, and a heated infinity-edge pool measuring approximately 10 x 5.5 m with depths ranging from 1.4 to 1.7 m.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
From the moment we arrived, the villa felt like home-but with added luxury! The house is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the easy access to Montana Roja for morning hikes and the short walk to great restaurants by the beach. Ideal for families or groups looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure!

A dream vacation in Lanzarote
The place exceeded all our expectations! The views are simply breathtaking, especially from the terraces and the master bedroom. Waking up to the ocean every morning was magical. The villa is well-equipped, the BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the heated pool was wonderful. Also, having a spa hotel within walking distance was a huge bonus. Highly recommend this place for a luxurious and peaceful getaway!

Perfect family getaway!
We had an incredible stay at this cozy place! The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The infinity pool was a highlight, offering stunning ocean views. The kids loved the games room, and the separate apartment was perfect for our extended family. Being so close to the beach and local restaurants made everything so convenient. We can't wait to return!

Fantastic villa & a wonderful holiday, We didn't want to go home!
This was an amazing property to stay in! We had a big family holiday here with children aged from 3 years to 17 years of age. The house was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Having the three floors meant that there was plenty of room for our party of 9 to spread out. The downstairs area was huge, bedrooms, its own separate kitchen, a games room and lovely snug lounge area.
The pool was a perfect size, our 3 year old daughter learnt to swim in it! The maintenance guy came frequently to clean it.
the villa was a short walk from some lovely restaurants and also the coves and beaches in playa blanca. We had transport and this made it easier for us to get to local supermarkets and to see the island.
Booking was easy, very straight forward, I would highly recommend this property. We were over the moon when we arrived!

Fabulous Luxurious Birthday
Our group of 10 have just spent a wonderful week in this seaside retreat. We were met by Maria upon arrival to the airport and she went through all of the things we needed to know about the villa, then left us to get on and enjoy our holiday. It was nice to know that she was only a phone call away should we need her. The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean.
We were there to celebrate my mum's 70th Birthday and the villa was perfect for all of us. So much so that we were more than content to stay in the villa most days to sunbathe on the huge sun drenched terrace.
Playa Blanca itself is a great location with everything in close proximity. I would more than happily stay at this seaside retreat again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great location, great service!!
hi stayed here in july villa was nice and view lovely. there were 11 of us and that was fine. Had a fantastic time in this villa. Very spacious, modern, clean, equipped with everything you could ask for.Pool was fantastic and warm!! Lots of seating areas to choose from. We would definitely book with this company again.

Fantastic views
We stayed a large group in the villa (8 adults and two small children) and found it clean, spacious and well-equipped. The views of the cliffs from the dining area and terraces were very calming and enjoyable. Playa Blanca was also a pleasant resort, with a very nice beach within a short drive, which the children enjoyed. Free airport transfer and welcome pack was included on price. Many thanks to the owner for a great holiday.
