Newly built in 2018 and furnished with high-quality materials, the accommodation offers comfort, style and a relaxing holiday environment for up to six guests.
On the ground floor, guests will find a bright open-plan living and dining area with large windows and direct access to the terrace. An exclusive modern kitchen with bar seating is fully equipped for self-catering or long stays. On this level there is also a spacious bedroom in a "volcano" style, featuring twin beds, a large built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom.
The upper floor includes two further bedrooms, designed in "Atlantic" and "Cactus" themes, each with its own bathroom and access to a private terrace. The terraces offer comfortable outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax in the sun or enjoy a quiet evening breeze. In total, the villa provides three bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. The sleeping layout includes two bedrooms with twin beds and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathrooms include toilets, walk-in showers and one bathroom with a bathtub.
The outdoor areas are one of the highlights of this holiday home. A large heated swimming pool is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, high-quality outdoor furniture and three private terraces, offering space for the entire family to relax. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed as a group of friends and the house was perfect. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so no waiting around. Pool was heated and big enough for all of us. We liked that everything was fresh and well maintained. Shops and restaurants are really close, plus the beach wasn’t far either. The manager answered quickly when we had a small question and was super helpful. Couldn’t ask for more from a holiday rental.

Exactly what we hoped for
We travel a lot to Lanzarote and this was one of the nicest villas we’ve stayed in. It’s modern but still cozy, and the outdoor furniture is super comfortable. The kitchen was great for breakfasts and snacks. The bedrooms had big wardrobes and the bathrooms looked new. We walked to Puerto del Carmen a couple of times, not far at all. The garden lighting at night made the place feel really magical. We’d definitely come back.

Loved the modern style and space
We stayed here for one week and it was exactly what we needed. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, no fighting over showers which was amazing with kids. The place looked brand new and the kitchen had everything for cooking at home. Pool was heated and clean, sunbeds comfortable, and the stone walls around the villa made it feel super private. Short walk to restaurants and the beach, which saved us a lot of driving. Just a lovely, relaxed holiday home.

Really peaceful
Modern, clean, private and very comfortable. The volcano-themed bedroom downstairs is cool and the terrace views upstairs were great in the mornings. Nice quiet neighbourhood but still close to beaches.

Great for families
Stayed with our kids and it worked perfectly. Secure garden, warm pool, loads of space outside. The kitchen had everything, and we used the terraces a lot in the evenings. Close walk to shops so no car stress.

Such a comfy modern villa
We loved how new and clean everything felt. Bedrooms were bright, bathrooms spotless, and the pool was warm every morning. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Super easy stay, calm and quiet area too.
