Located just a 10-minute walk from Flamingo Beach and a short stroll to the village and bus stop, the property offers convenient access to Playa Blanca's vibrant promenade. Nearby attractions include a recently opened water park for children, Playa Dorada with water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and the Marina Rubicon featuring designer shops, yachts, and fine dining. Ferries to Fuerteventura depart hourly from the old dock, just a 10-15 minute walk away. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We loved how close everything was! 10 min walk to the beach, the bus stop just outside, and even a ferry to Fuerteventura. The villa itself is well-equipped, comfy, and quiet. Would totally recommend!

Best holiday we've had in years!!
If you're looking for a mix of luxury and convenience, this is it. We were 8 people, and the villa had plenty of space for all of us. The pool was kept super clean, and we had breakfast every morning on the terrace with amazing sea views. Loved being able to walk to the marina for dinner. The concierge team was also super helpful with recommendations. Thanks for an amazing trip!!

Loved our stay here! The villa is in a quiet area but still close to everything. Pool was warm, beds comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place for a family getaway.

Stunning villa!!! Wow factor!!
We stayed at this hideaway for a week, and honestly, it was perfect!! The heated pool was a dream, especially in the evenings. The villa is spacious, spotless, and the views-WOW! Super close to Flamingo Beach, and the kids LOVED the water park just around the corner. The team made everything easy from booking to check-in. Definitely coming back!!

This villa is amazing, great and very spacious. The photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, clean, well equipped & the scenery is beautiful. Francesca is an extremely helpful host.
