Set in a quiet, elevated residential complex, the villa spans 200 m² on a 500 m² plot and includes parking for two cars. The property is arranged over two floors and comprises two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, air conditioning throughout, and three bathrooms-two en-suite and one on the ground floor with separate shower and whirlpool tub.
The interior offers a spacious lounge connected to a large terrace, equipped with a 55-inch Smart TV, satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, DVD/CD player, modern sound system, and a pool table. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is open and functional, complemented by a dining area for eight guests.
The outdoor area features a private heated pool (8 x 4 meters, heated from October to April), sun loungers, a Balinese bed, shower, and barbecue facilities. The villa's terraces provide panoramic views and comfortable spaces for relaxation and alfresco dining.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at this seaside retreat was a luxurious retreat in Playa Blanca. The stunning views, spacious bedrooms, and a heated pool made it an ideal holiday spot. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area were perfect for family meals.

Great villa, luxury...
Our stay at this elegant home was absolutely incredible! Set in secluded and tranquil surroundings, the property is beautiful and exactly like the photos. Gorgeous pool, lovely bedrooms and lounge areas, and plenty of secluded spots outside to relax. The outdoor speakers were particularly great for poolside relaxation. The location is excellent, very close to Playa Blanca with fantastic restaurants and amazing nearby beaches. Alba was always quick to reply and very helpful with any questions. We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this retreat to anyone!

perfect villa!
We stayed at this charming accommodation for 6 wonderful nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, spacious and so clean and tidy. All the rooms were beautiful with art and photography everywhere. The grounds were great with the lovely pool, terraces and seating areas. Johanna who looked after the house always responded to questions and queries quickly and helped us get around the Tenerife area. I would recommend this villa to anyone - absolutely 5 stars.

This villa is amazing and we can't wait to go back !!! Adriana was wonderful and stayed in contact all the time, answering any question we had before and during our stay. All the rooms are beautiful and have everything you need for a large group. The location is close enough to the beach....the best location from Playa Blanca!!, Thank you again for a fantastic long weekend at your villa. See you again soon! A truly superb place.
