Ideal for groups and families, the accommodation comfortably hosts up to 10 guests, featuring five bedrooms, four bathrooms, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a south-west facing heated swimming pool.
The interior layout is designed for comfort and flexibility. On the first floor, there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a shared family bathroom, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds that is perfect for children. The ground floor includes an additional king-size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. In total, the villa offers two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and one bunk room, providing plenty of space for families or groups of friends.
A secondary living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area provides extra relaxation space, while the main living room includes a TV, ornamental fireplace and patio doors that open directly to the pool terrace with sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering, featuring a refrigerator, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and granite worktops. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The area is calm and the villa has beautiful views. Bedrooms comfy, Wi-Fi worked everywhere, and the terrace was the best spot for evenings. Easy drive to beaches and supermarkets.

Felt like home
Very clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious. Heated pool was worth it. We spent most of our time outside just enjoying the view. Would come back any time.

Ideal group holiday villa
Came with friends for a birthday trip and had a great time. Plenty of bedrooms, nice bathrooms, big kitchen and a living room that opens straight to the terrace. Sea views are awesome on clear days. Wi-Fi was fast, pool was warm, and the pergola gave shade when we needed it. We drove to Puerto Calero for sushi one night and it was super close. Honestly, just a smooth, chilled holiday spot.

Great place for a sunny break
We stayed 10 days and honestly never got bored. The location is quiet, countryside vibes, but only a few minutes to beaches and shops. We spent hours by the pool, used the outdoor shower, grilled dinner a few times and watched the sun go down. Inside the villa, everything was clean and the beds were comfy. Washer and dishwasher were super handy. Good for kids, good for adults, everyone enjoyed it.

A very relaxing week in Macher
We booked through the agency and got great service, smooth check-in and even tips for restaurants and activities. The villa itself is large but still cozy, with comfortable sofas and a nice second living area where the kids watched TV. Pool was clean and heated, sunbeds comfortable and the shaded dining spot was perfect for lunches outside. Easy drives to Playa Chica and Puerto del Carmen. Felt safe, private and peaceful the whole week.

Perfect for families and friends
We were a group of two families, so the bedroom setup worked perfectly. Kids had the bunk room and loved having their own space. Adults had the twin and king rooms with en-suites, so no waiting around for showers. The kitchen is fully equipped, so we cooked breakfast and a couple of dinners. Loved the outdoor terrace for BBQ nights and the sea views are really pretty at sunset. Quiet place but close to everything we needed.
