The top floor is entirely dedicated to a large double bedroom featuring panoramic sea views, abundant natural light from multiple windows, and a small seating area ideal for enjoying morning coffee. A private terrace off this bedroom accommodates two sun loungers and offers additional space to relax while taking in the views.
On the lower floor, two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes share a modern shower room and overlook the pool area. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This spacious villatevan truly exceeded our expectations! The views were absolutely stunning, especially from the main bedroom and the pool area. We loved having our own private space and the annexe provided the perfect extra accommodation for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was light and airy. The BBQ area by the pool was perfect for relaxing evenings. Playa Flamingo and Papagayo Beaches are close by, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Would definitely return!

Perfect Family Retreat!
We had an unforgettable time at The propertytevan! The villa is spacious and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The master bedroom upstairs with the panoramic sea views was definitely the highlight. We spent most of our time by the pool, enjoying the stunning surroundings. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved the outdoor dining area for evening meals. Playa Flamingo beach was a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand.
