The accommodation spans approximately 250 m² and has been designed for comfort and privacy. It features three double bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and built-in wardrobes. The layout includes two full bathrooms plus an additional guest toilet, comfortably hosting up to six guests. The sleeping distribution includes one queen bed, one double bed, and one king-size bed.
The living and dining area is bright and spacious, offering direct views of the heated swimming pool and the beautifully designed cactus garden through large panoramic windows. A fully equipped modern kitchen connects to a covered terrace where guests can enjoy outdoor meals in total calm, accompanied by the sound of the sea breeze. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Came with the kids and grandparents, so the layout worked perfectly. Lots of space to spread around and no noise from neighbors or traffic. Kids lived in the pool and the adults made full use of the barbecue and terrace. We walked to Puerto del Carmen twice and stopped at little coves along the path. Really appreciated that check-in was easy and quick, and we got a few local tips as well. Would definitely recommend for families or groups who like a calm setting.

Relaxing escape with great service
We wanted a peaceful villa, not stuck in the middle of tourist crowds, and this one delivered. The road at the end is a bit bumpy, but nothing dramatic if you rent a car. The views are incredible, we could even see Fuerteventura on a clear day. Used the laundry room a lot because we were out hiking. Loved that each bedroom had its own TV so everyone chilled their own way at night. Just a well thought out place.

A wonderful week in Lanzarote
We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of five and it was honestly one of our favorite villa trips. The bedrooms were large, plenty of storage, and the living area had loads of space for everyone. The pool being heated was a big thing for us, since the evenings can get windy. Kitchen was well equipped and we had breakfast outside every day. Loved the ocean views and the fact that it was quiet but still close to shops. Great balance overall.

Perfect chill-out stay
Really liked the gym and sauna, didn’t expect to use them but ended up doing it almost every morning. The place feels private and the outdoor area is spot on. Pool clean, beds comfy, no issues at all. Short and sweet holiday.

Great spot for simple relaxation
Stayed with my husband and another couple. No noise, no traffic, just the ocean and that cactus garden. We walked to Puerto Calero one evening, really nice. Would happily come back just for the sunsets alone.

Loved the peace and quiet
We spent a week here and honestly it was just what we needed. Super calm, great views and the pool was warm every day. Bedrooms comfy, showers decent, kitchen had everything. If you want silence and sea breeze mornings, this place is perfect.
