The outdoor areas are among the most impressive features of the property. Multiple terraces are furnished with comfortable loungers, day beds and seating areas, all positioned to enjoy panoramic sea and sunset views. Guests can choose between three private swimming pools: one large main pool, a secondary pool measuring 7m x 3.5m (1.2m deep), and a third shallow children's pool (3.6m x 2.8m, 35cm deep). A bubbling hot tub, a mini golf putting green, outdoor shower, and a barbecue with alfresco dining create a perfect environment for relaxing days in the sun.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows frame the ocean scenery, giving every room a sense of openness and light. The décor is sleek, modern and minimalist, with Scandinavian-style furniture and a calming coastal colour palette. There are two open-plan lounges, two fully equipped kitchens with glossy worktops, breakfast bars, wine coolers and high-end appliances. The cinema room is fitted with leather seating and movie posters for an authentic cinema experience, while the games room includes a table tennis table, pool table, football table and darts. The property also includes an indoor gym with weight machines and cardio equipment, as well as a private sauna and massage shower room. Complimentary robes and slippers are provided for all guests.
The sleeping layout is ideal for large groups. The bedrooms are distributed across different floors, many with terraces, flat-screen TVs and sea views. They include double rooms, king rooms, queen rooms and twin rooms, as well as rooms with bunk beds and sofa beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 5 has an adjoining room with twin beds, connected through a hallway without a dividing door. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and an internal lift provides easy access to every floor. In total, there are eight bathrooms, equipped with showers or bathtubs, double basins, toiletries, shampoo, towels and hair dryers. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is included for longer stays. Three baby cots and four high chairs are also available.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We used this villa for a 40th birthday trip and it couldn’t have been better. Tons of space, modern design, comfortable beds and amazing outdoor areas. The hot tub and the main pool were used every single day. Loved the fully equipped kitchens with wine coolers and the fact that we could all eat outside together. Good Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms, fresh towels and easy parking. Everyone loved it and we’d book again without hesitation.

perfect holiday
We had 13 people, including kids and teens, and everyone had something to do. Mini golf competitions, movie nights, table tennis tournaments, swimming all day… it was perfect. Bedrooms had TVs and many had balconies with sea views. The terrace is just stunning at night when all the lights come on. We walked to Playa Flamingo one day and it was a nice stroll. Honestly, we could have stayed another week easily.

Amazing service and unbelievable views
Booked through the agency and they made everything super simple, from arrival details to restaurant tips. The house itself is huge, modern and beautifully decorated. We used both kitchens since we were a large group, and it made cooking really easy. Kids lived in the games room and adults loved the sauna and hot tub in the evenings. The lift inside the house was very useful for grandparents. One of the best family trips we’ve ever had.

Best retreat we’ve ever rented
We’ve stayed in Playa Blanca before but never anywhere like this. Three pools was such a treat, especially the children’s one for the little ones. The cinema room felt like a real movie theatre with comfy seats and snacks. The gym, sauna and massage shower were great after long days out. We did BBQ dinners outside and could see the ocean from the terrace. Bedrooms were big and every one had air con. It was just a dream house for a large group holiday.

Luxury and fun combined
The villa was spotless, modern and enormous. Watching sunsets from the terrace was amazing. Kids spent hours in the shallow pool while we relaxed in the hot tub. Perfect holiday.

Absolutely incredible stay
