Accommodating up to 14 guests, the villa comprises five bedrooms in the main house and an additional two-bedroom annex apartment. The main house features four twin bedrooms and one double master suite. All bedrooms are equipped with high-speed ceiling fans to enhance comfort. The master bedroom on the first floor includes a dressing room, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace leading to the pool terrace, offering unparalleled views.
The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light and includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, and comfortable leather sofas. Sliding doors lead directly onto the terrace and pool area. The main kitchen is extensively equipped with two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers, a fridge-freezer, wine cooler, breakfast bar, and all essential appliances for self-catering. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located on the lower ground floor.
The annex apartment provides two additional twin bedrooms, a lounge/dining/kitchen area with modern appliances, and a shower room, ideal for larger groups or multi-generational stays.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place for a big family celebration and stayed a full week. Having so many twin rooms plus the master made it simple to organise everyone, and the annex gave the grandparents a quiet corner. Mornings were spent spread across the terraces, some reading, some cooking breakfast, others heading straight into the pool. The views over the coast were unreal at sunset. One day we walked down to the marina for lunch and another day we drove to Timanfaya, which the kids loved. I asked the agency for help arranging an early check-in because our flight landed before noon and they handled it without any fuss. Everything about this villa made the trip feel special.

Better than expected for a group getaway
We were 14 in total and still had loads of space, which surprised us. The kitchen was huge, properly kitted out, and we used it every night except one when we ate down in Playa Blanca. Mornings were usually slow: some of us swimming laps in the heated pool, others having coffee on the terrace watching the first ferry go out to Fuerteventura. One afternoon we booked a private tour through the agency and they sorted everything in minutes, even pickup from the villa. The whole stay felt super easy and relaxed.

Loved the layout for our big family trip
We came as three families and the setup was perfect. Everyone had their own rooms and the annex was ideal for the teens who wanted a bit of freedom. Most days we hung around the pool, grilled lunch, then drove down to Marina Rubicón for ice cream. The booking process was really smooth too, which honestly helped a lot.

Peaceful week with insane views
We stayed here as a group of 12 and honestly the space worked great for all of us. Kids were always in the warm pool while the rest of us chilled on the terrace staring at the sea. Loved having so many bedrooms so nobody felt packed in. Super quiet area but still close enough to Playa Blanca for dinners out.

Fantastic villa!
We recently just come back from our amazing week here... We didn't want to leave! There was 14 of us who stayed at the villa, what an amazing stay we had! The villa is clean, comfortable and very modern. The cleaning company are very friendly and helpful. The villa is just as it looks in the photos provided. The pool area is very spacious, in fact the whole villa is! Would definately recommend to stay here, we can't wait to book again! Perfect for family holidays :)

Beautiful location with stunning views
Stayed at the end of July and we we're very impressed by this very roomy large 5 bed villa. Views we're amazing. Fully equipped, free airport transfer, heated pool, welcome pack...amazing concierge service. I highly recommend.
