The villa is designed with a Thai theme throughout and boasts a striking outdoor space. Two pools provide options for adults and children, while shaded terraces with large cushions, 2 bali beds, and a spacious wooden pergola with a chill-out seating area and dining table make outdoor living exceptionally inviting. A brick BBQ enhances the alfresco dining experience.
All bedrooms are spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are complemented by an adjacent bathroom, with two rooms featuring patio doors opening directly onto the pool area. Dark wood built-in wardrobes are included in all bedrooms. The first floor is dedicated to a second double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a bath, overhead shower, and separate walk-in shower, plus a separate dressing area. Patio doors from this bedroom lead to the upper terrace with views over the surrounding area.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
