Safety for children is ensured with a low wall and gate separating the pool and play area from the house. Inside, the lounge is tastefully decorated, and the dining area overlooks the garden and pool. The villa includes Wi-Fi, TV, a CD player, a library, and board games, ensuring entertainment and connectivity. Both bathrooms feature showers, and one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom.
Guests can enjoy the serenity and privacy of the property while being just a five-minute drive from local services and amenities. The villa's terrace and garden provide the perfect setting for relaxing and watching stunning sunsets over the island.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at the house for 12 nights mid to late July we found the villa had everything we needed for a family of 4, the pool area was fantastic very modern and looked like one of the best in the area, We've been to Playa Blanca 3 previous times but always stayed in Hotels however the villa is definitely the best way to go it's a bit out of the main resort but there's a bus that runs to and from every half an hour only costing around €9 for family, the bus stop is only 5 mins walk from the villa next to a row of Bars,cafes,restaurants and supermarket so everything is handy if you don't fancy going into main resort every night as you'll find a few of the restaurants are about the best in Playa Blanca. Overall I'd highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a relaxing time without rushing for sun loungers at a ridiculous time!!!

Amazing stay
We had the most fantastic stay at this villa. The pool area was so luxurious and beautifully lit of an evening to enjoy a night time swim. The outdoor seating area was fantastic for eating, playing games and just relaxing. Handily locates for walking to the restaurants and shops. Highly recommend the property.
