Sun loungers surround the private swimming pool, while the shaded terrace offers a table and chairs for meals with panoramic sea views. Two private parking spaces are available, with access either from the driveway and path or directly from the street via a pedestrian entrance.
Inside, the villa combines style and comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area are furnished with high-quality pieces and feature large windows and patio doors overlooking the terrace and sea. Built-in seating, a dining table with chairs, and a breakfast bar seamlessly separate the lounge from the fully equipped kitchen. A utility room is conveniently located next to the kitchen.
Sleeping arrangements include two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, separated by a bathroom, both with built-in wardrobes for ample storage. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed for a full week and honestly didn’t expect the outdoor space to be this good. The pool got sun from early in the day and the loungers were super comfortable, so most afternoons we just relaxed there. The shaded terrace was great for lunches and we grilled a few times on the BBQ. Inside, the lounge had huge windows looking straight at the ocean, and the kitchen setup made meals easy. We drove to Playa Blanca most evenings for dinner and one day took a boat trip to see dolphins, which the kids absolutely loved. The master bedroom upstairs, with its private terrace, made mornings feel special. A place we’d definitely return to.

Perfect for a slow and sunny break
Spent a week here with friends and the place felt just right for us. We cooked most dinners on the brick BBQ and stayed outside until late because the view over the coast was unreal. The ground-floor rooms were comfy and cool, and the master bedroom upstairs had a terrace we used every morning. Pools stays warm all day thanks to the sun.

Loved waking up to those sea views
We came as a family of four and honestly the mornings on the terrace were my favourite part. The pool was spotless, plenty of space to relax, and the walk to the little shops nearby was super easy. Quiet area, great for switching off.

Excellent Accommodation. Excellent Views
Stayed at this villa for two weeks in June and the accommodation was excellent, the kids loved being in the pool every day and location is fantastic and gives opportunity to explore the whole island. The villa is huge and the level of comfort is the best you could find and there are amazing views over Playa Blanca and the ocean over to Fuerteventura. In the evening we had very pleasant walks down to the promenade for a walk by the sea into the centre of Playa Blanca. We had several communications with the local agent and found her to be very professional and nothing was to much trouble. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return when we go back to Lanzarote.

Exceptional luxurious villa with panoramic views and excellent facilities
Our family stayed here for a week in May. We were bowled over by the villa, and we had everything we needed for our holiday. The swimming pool was immaculate and was beautifully warm and clean. We felt very spoilt and loved making our meals in a superb kitchen or having a BBQ on the patio. The views were overwhelming - and wonderful to wake up in the morning, open the curtains, and see the magnificent panorama. Everything in the villa was spotless and we had a lovely relaxing week. A very special family holiday was enjoyed by all of us.

This is a beautiful villa, right on the coast with just a 10 minute drive from Playa Blanca. The villa was spotless with a brand new pool and pool area. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a beautiful relaxing holiday.
