Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Our stay at this holiday home in Playa Blanca was incredibly relaxing. The property had everything we needed for a peaceful vacation. Wonderful Family Holiday
Just returned from a fantastic family vacation at this stylish property in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. The home was a real gem, situated in a convenient area close to restaurants and bars. We loved the cozy atmosphere and spent hours in the heated pool and hot tub. The accommodation was immaculate, with a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom was a treat, and the kids enjoyed having their own rooms. We didn't need to rent a car as the bus stop was nearby, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend for a family getaway.

We have just returned from spending a week at this seaside retreat, and I have to say it is the nicest place we have stayed in. Having visited Lanzarote nine times now, this home is in a lovely, very quiet, and private position. It's close to the promenade and easy enough to get into town or to the beach (by car or a 20-minute walk), and it’s the most well-equipped property we have stayed in.
It may seem out of the way, but there are two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk and a handful of restaurants with really friendly staff. The main town is a quick 5-minute drive or a very pleasant 20-minute walk down the promenade. The layout of the accommodation is great-spacious, light, and airy-and it has a wonderful roof terrace with beautiful sea views, looking right across to Fuerteventura. I can't fault this retreat-we will be back! Soon, I hope!
