Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a mixed group of adults and teenagers and the layout worked perfectly. Everyone had enough space and privacy. The main living room opened straight to the terrace which made indoor-outdoor hangouts really easy. Hot tub, beach towels, sun loungers, outdoor shower, everything made it feel like a proper holiday. Plus being just a few minutes from the airport was super convenient. Amazing week overall.

Incredible location for beach lovers
If you want to wake up and be two steps from the ocean, this is it. We booked through an agency and they handled everything smoothly, even answered questions before arrival. The house is huge, bright and comfortable, and the hot tub was great at sunset. We used the BBQ twice and enjoyed the garden every night. Having five bathrooms was a big plus for a group of 8. Playa de Matagorda and Pocillos were close by too. We loved it.

Great stay with friends and kids
We stayed for a week and the house was fantastic. Five bedrooms and lots of bathrooms meant no waiting around. Kitchen had everything to cook at home and we often ate outside in the garden. The beach being so close was a dream, kids running back and forth all day. The billiards table kept everyone busy in the evenings. Pool was always clean and warm. Beach towels, parking, washer and dryer, everything was convenient. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Nice and relaxing
Heated pool, hot tub, Wi-Fi worked great, beds were comfortable. Loved sitting in the garden at night and hearing the ocean. Just peaceful and simple. Would return for sure.

Plenty of space
We were a group of 7 and everyone had their own room and bathroom which made life easy. Pool, garden, billiards, beach towels, everything you need for lazy days. Really enjoyed our stay.

Loved being right next to the beach
We walked to Playa de la Concha every morning, literally a minute away. The pool was warm, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was big and super comfy. Great for families.
