The private pool boasts a swan-style fountain, in-pool bench, and a swimming channel. Surrounding the pool, teak loungers, a brick-built barbecue, and a bamboo gazebo with a large dining table offer perfect spaces for relaxation and alfresco dining. Bedrooms are individually styled: the ground floor offers a double room with a four-poster bed, a twin room, and a bunk room for younger guests, alongside two bathrooms with hydromassage showers. Upstairs, two en-suite bedrooms feature a four-poster bed and Jacuzzi bath respectively, both with access to a large veranda equipped with a football table, dartboard, and table tennis for entertainment. The master suite also includes a private gym, sauna, and yoga space.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of ten rented this villa to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect setting. The team that handled our booking helped us arrange an early check-in and even pointed us to a great restaurant in Marina Rubicón for the celebration dinner. Most days began with a swim in the long pool, followed by slow breakfasts around the island kitchen. The kids rotated between the paddling pool, the playhouse, and yelling at each other over table football on the veranda. Evenings were usually spent under the gazebo barbecue area, with the warm Lanzarote air and the house lights reflecting on the water. Plenty of space, plenty of comfort, and absolutely zero hassle throughout the stay.

A week that felt way shorter than it was
We came as two families with teens and younger kids, and the setup worked perfectly. Downstairs rooms were practical for the little ones, while the two upstairs suites gave us adults some quiet time. The veranda was our evening spot, usually ending up around the table tennis or darts. We also tried the private sauna and gym inside the master suite, which was a fun extra we weren’t expecting to use so much. Papagayo Beaches were a short drive away and totally worth it - clear water, soft sand, no crowding. Everything in the villa felt clean and solid, from the hydromassage showers to the loungers by the pool.

Couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family trip
Five adults and five kids stayed here and everyone found something to enjoy. The kitchen made cooking super easy and we loved starting mornings by opening the big windows in the living room. One day we walked to Marina Rubicón for lunch, another day we grilled outside under the bamboo gazebo. Really calm location but close to things to do.

A place that surprised all of us in the best way
We booked the villa for a full week as a group of ten and honestly didn’t expect it to be this spacious. The pool area became our main hangout spot, especially with that swan fountain running. Kids were obsessed with the playhouse while we used the shaded terrace for long dinners.

Very spacious, perfect!!
The standard of the accommodation was by far the best we have stayed in. The pool was beautiful and warm. The quality of the finish of the villa was exceptional. A very well stocked kitchen which is something we felt has been lacking in some villa's we've stayed in. The price for that time of year was very reasonable. The pool table and table tennis was a great treat especially on the rainy days. I would love to stay in this particular villa again and would highly recommend it to all. My experience was excellent and will be booking with them again sometime soon. Thanks for a lovely weeks holiday from all of our family.
