Private parking is available for your hire car, with six steps leading down to the tiled front area and entrance.
Inside, the villa is bright and inviting. Double doors open into the lounge, which includes comfortable sofas and chairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV, with additional doors leading directly to the pool and terrace. An indoor games room with a pool table provides entertainment, while an archway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a large table and chairs, plus access to the utility room.
Accommodation comprises a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and patio doors onto the pool terrace, and two twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. An external shower room is conveniently located next to the brick BBQ for use after swimming.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Exactly what we needed for a relaxed week in Playa Blanca
Our group of six booked this villa for a slow, no-stress escape, and it delivered on everything. The pool area gets sun most of the day and the view across to Fuerteventura made even lazy mornings feel special. The layout worked well for us: one couple in the double room opening straight to the terrace and the others in the twin rooms with the shared bathroom. We also asked the agency for some tips on local beaches and they pointed us toward Playa Flamingo, which turned into our go-to spot. The evenings usually started with a swim, then a shower by the BBQ area, and a long dinner under the pergola. Great place if you want comfort without any fuss and still be close to shops and restaurants.

A comfortable base with amazing sunsets
We spent a full week here with friends and honestly didn’t expect the views to be this good. You could sit on the terrace for ages watching the light change over the ocean and the mountains. Inside, the lounge felt homely and having direct access out to the pool was great. We cooked a lot, so the big kitchen table came in handy, and the external shower near the BBQ was one of those things you don’t realize you need until you use it. Evenings were split between trying places at Marina Rubicón and staying in for long dinners outside. Really good balance of privacy, sun, and space.

Perfect spot for our small family trip
We brought our two kids and loved how simple everything was here. The twins had their own room and the double opened straight onto the terrace, which made mornings by the pool really relaxed. The games room was a fun extra, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quick drive to Playa Dorada for beach days.

Our fantastic holiday in the villa!
A home away from home is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The location, privacy and panoramic sea views are superb. The 18M pool was a dream and actually really warm, swimming was a delight. We loved everything about the villa and will definately look at booking it again in the future.

Wonderful stay!
This villa is in a perfect setting with the most amazing views of Fuerteventura across the sea and Montana Roja behind it. It is just on the outskirts of the main centre, but fine with car hire or taxis are nearby and quite cheap. The villa is well laid out and very spacious, with a large sized pool and terrace, large outside dining space, fantastic brick BBQ and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The games room was excellent and the kitchen / utility providing everything you would need. The villa keeps beautifully cool during the day and the aircon in the bedrooms is efficient. The Wii was a useful addition. Huge bathrooms and loads of wardrobe storage space were pleasant surprises.

Fantastic Modern villa
A home away from home was fantastic, much bigger than I thought it would be. The pool was fantastic every thing you could need in the kitchen bedrooms were comfortable. Totally fantastic holiday!
