Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

This holiday spot was absolutely perfect for our group of friends. The villa is modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. This seaside retreat exceeded our expectations! The villa has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The kids loved the play area, and the adults enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hidden Gem for a Deluxe Vacation
I cannot fault this villa at all, it had everything we needed and more. The gentleman who owned it was always on hand to ask any questions we had. Everything from the decor to the pool area and gym was unbelievable. We had the pool heated which was lovely. Be careful not to have all the lights on and run all electrical things at the same time as the trip switch will go. The quality of the villa was outstanding, it seemed like there wasn't any detail left out eg good quality glasses and cookware, towels, furniture everything. Even plastic bowls and beakers for the children with their own cutlery which any parent knows having these simple things there made a huge difference. The children loved the playground which also had its own mini golf. I couldn't believe the amount of storage space and cupboards not only downstairs but in the bedrooms also. I can say for definite that we will be returning.

Great time had by all our family celebrating both my husband and myself 60th Birthdays 7 Adults a 12 year old and a 2 and a half year old were only too happy to stay around the villa as there were lots of things to entertain every age group. Thank you to Alba such a sweet host who meet us on our arrival, he showed us round and explained every detail. we certainly will be going back.
