Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable TV, and family-friendly provisions such as a baby cot, highchair, toys, and childcare services.
The outdoor area offers everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The private heated swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1-1.6 m) includes a jacuzzi and automatic cover, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and shaded pergola with lounge area. Lanzarote Airport is 30 minutes away, and Arrecife city center is 40 minutes by car.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of 10, and the villa had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the outdoor BBQ area and the lounge space by the pool. So many things to do-tennis, squash, even a basketball hoop! The location is quiet but still close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!

One of the best holidays ever!!!
We’ve stayed in many villas before, but this one was something special. The space, the views, the private spa… just wow! The kids loved the football goal and ping pong table, while we enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. Booking was super easy, and the concierge team was super helpful. A top experience from start to finish!

Pure luxury and relaxation!!
Wow, what a villa!! We stayed here for a week with family, and it was absolute perfection. The heated pool was amazing, and we spent hours just lounging by the jacuzzi. The tennis court and sports area were a great bonus-kept everyone entertained. Location was ideal, peaceful but close enough to town for restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back!

luxury villa!!!!
We had an excellent stay at this luxury retreat! It is even bigger in person- the photos don't do it justice. Absolutely loved the pool area with the massive lounge, so beautiful place. Was so great having plenty of room for everyone to stay and each have some privacy with the 5 bedrooms and so many bathrooms! Everyone really enjoyed the stay. The extras in the kitchen came in handy too- drinks, condiments and sauces etc. And all the beach towels were great for using the pool.

Great location, with fab pool and newly decorated villa
We had a fantastic time at a home away from home and we were all amazed at the beauty of the villa and attention to detail the owners provided. The photos don't do it justice, there is so much more to see. It's a great space for entertaining with many different chill out areas and beautiful views all around. A great villa for complete relaxation or to entertain guests.

Fantastic villa with amazing views
We are a family of 5 who have just returned from the accommodation and some much needed February sunshine. We had a great time and made full use of the sporting facilities at the villa. Although a little tired in places e.g the squash court flooring, this didn't really detract from our enjoyment. The racquets and balls provided were excellent & the pool although cold on our arrival, heated up over the week. Optima villas provided a friendly efficient service e.g arrival instructions, change of towels mid week and welcome food pack were all excellent.
