Set over three floors, the property provides spectacular views of the ocean, Montana Roja, and across to Fuerteventura. Just a 5-minute walk from a nearby hotel with spa facilities, guests can also enjoy local sandy coves and a selection of seafront restaurants.

A separate utility room contains an additional washing machine, large dishwasher, extra fridge/freezer, iron, and ironing board. On this level, there are two twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower) and a separate shower room, all with access to small terraces.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
