Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as two families travelling together and the layout made things easier than expected. The kids spent hours in and out of the pool while we rotated between sunbeds, cooking and just sitting around talking. The terrace became the main meeting point, especially for meals. Kitchen wasn’t big but worked well, and having shops and restaurants nearby saved time. We drove out a few days, but some days we stayed in without feeling stuck. Bathrooms were fine, beds were ok, and the place felt looked after. Communication before arrival was clear and we knew what to expect, which always helps. We left feeling rested, not worn out.

A stay that felt relaxed from start to finish
We booked this house for a full week and it turned out to be a good choice for our group. Mornings were usually slow, breakfast outside, then either pool time or a short drive to the dunes. The pool was clean and warm enough during the day, and the terrace worked great for long lunches. Bedrooms were fine for sleeping and AC made a difference at night. Kids had their own rhythm and didn’t get bored. We appreciated how calm the area felt once everything closed in the evening. Booking was easy and we got useful info before arrival, which helped us plan better.

Good space for a mixed group
We were six adults and two kids and everyone had room without stepping on each other. Kids loved the bunk beds and pool steps, adults used the terrace more than expected. Kitchen was practical for cooking together and having the washing machine close helped a lot. Location made it easy to go out or stay in.

Fantastic villa with great location
We stayed here with family and two kids and the place worked well for daily life. Pool mornings, lunch outside, then slow afternoons. The terrace got used a lot and evenings were quiet. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and simple, which we liked.

Good
The property offers a spacious and private outdoor area. The pool is deep and excellent; although it isn’t heated, the water was comfortably warm even in October. The kitchen is well equipped, though a few frying pans could be replaced.
