Spread across two floors, the property features bright, open living spaces. On the main floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the terrace, garden and pool. A separate attic-style study and library provides a quiet corner for work or reading. The independent designer kitchen is equipped with Siematic furniture, Miele appliances, a central island and a dining area overlooking the pool, offering everything needed for home cooking or private chef service.
The main floor includes a large primary suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, along with two additional double bedrooms and full bathrooms, one of which has both bathtub and shower. The lower floor offers three more bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one with a double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a cinema room, spacious games room and an additional bathroom.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were 10 people and everyone had privacy. The primary suite was gorgeous with its own dressing room and a huge bathroom. The garden felt like a private resort, full of palm trees and shade. We spent afternoons in the thalassotherapy pool and evenings having BBQ dinners on the terrace. The cinema room and games area kept the kids busy while we relaxed. The location was perfect, close to Maspalomas dunes, luxury hotels and great restaurants. Would definitely return.

Luxury and comfort

Great for kids

A dream holiday in Maspalomas
From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The wooden terrace overlooked the golf course and was perfect for long breakfasts. The designer kitchen was fully equipped and we actually enjoyed cooking here. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The waterfalls into the pool looked beautiful at night. The neighbourhood was quiet and elegant, and the beaches were a short drive away. Truly felt like a luxury experience.

amazing villa!
We booked this house for a birthday week and it was unforgettable. The outdoor areas were huge, with space for everyone to relax. We loved having a children’s pool connected to the bigger one so the little ones could splash around safely. The hostess arranged cleaning and gave us tips for restaurants and beaches. The cinema room was fun for movie nights. It was expensive, but worth every cent.

Everything we hoped for and more
The house felt like a mansion from a magazine. High ceilings, marble floors, perfect gardens and a lot of privacy. We used the attic study for work during the week, with fast Wi-Fi and no noise. The wooden cabin outside was a hit with the teens. Plenty of parking and easy access by car to shops, dunes and Meloneras. We enjoyed dinners outside under the palms. Absolutely spectacular stay.

Incredible place for a group
We stayed here for a family reunion and couldn’t believe how big the house was. Gardens were beautiful and the pool was the highlight. Everyone had their own space. Very peaceful and private.
