Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This wasn’t a flashy stay. It felt lived-in, with small details that made it warmer than photos suggest. One evening turned into piano time, another into reading quietly while others swam. Check-in was relaxed and communication didn’t feel scripted. By the end, it felt familiar, which made leaving harder than planned.

A proper week
We stayed seven nights and didn’t try to do everything. Some days were just walking, food, back home. Others went further out by bus. Coming back always felt good. The house had corners where people disappeared for hours, then rejoined later. It never felt crowded, even full.

We thought Las Canteras would be the main plan, but the indoor pool changed that. Short swims between plans, late-night dips after dinner, even one rainy afternoon that didn’t matter at all. The kitchen got proper use and meals felt unforced, like home but better located.

great location
We stayed here mainly because we wanted to be in the city, not hidden away. What surprised us was how quiet the house felt once the door closed. Mornings started slow, coffee inside, quick swims, then straight into town. Evenings ended early, tired in a good way.
