Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
What we liked most was not needing to leave every day. Between the pool, gym corner and games room, there was always something to do. Bedrooms were fine, AC helped a lot, and everything felt well maintained. The area was peaceful at night, which we really appreciated.

Comfortable house for a full week
We stayed a full week and the place handled daily life well. Mornings were slow, breakfast outside, then either pool time or a short drive to the beach. The heated pool was worth it, especially in the evenings. Games room got used more than expected. Supermarkets and restaurants were close enough, which made things easy.

Kids were busy, adults could rest
We travelled with kids and that usually means chaos, but here it worked. While they played ping pong or football, we actually had time to sit, read or just enjoy the pool area. Kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge helped a lot. We drove to the dunes one day, other days we stayed in. Felt like a real break.

Good setup for a small group
We were six friends and the layout suited us well. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms didn’t feel cramped. Evenings were spent outside with the BBQ or inside playing pool. No noise, no stress, just a relaxed stay overall.

Easy place to relax
The house was clean, bright and easy to live in. We cooked most nights and had space for everyone. After long days out, we came back, swam a bit and played table football. Location was quiet but not far from shops and food places.

Pool days and lazy evenings
