The villa is divided across two levels, connected by gentle ramps instead of stairs, creating an easy and accessible layout. The bright upper floor features three double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and their own en-suite bathrooms. One of these rooms includes a separate area with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), conveniently suited for families travelling with children. On the lower level, with direct access to the garden, is the spacious master suite, which offers a large en-suite bathroom measuring 2m x 3m. A further bathroom with toilet and washing machine adds extra convenience.
The living area is warm and inviting, with a large sofa, smart TV, sound system and Wi-Fi-perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary utensils, while the dining room accommodates up to ten guests and opens directly to the outdoors. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The bedrooms upstairs were bright and spacious, and the master suite downstairs was huge and had its own access to the garden. Having a bathroom for almost every room was fantastic. Towels, toiletries, and even extra cleaning during the week made it feel like a hotel. We drove to Maspalomas Dunes and the lighthouse one day, both super close. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and the warm pool.

Amazing villa for a relaxed holiday
We came as two families and had plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made mornings easy. The house felt high-end but also cozy, with a big sofa and smart TV for lazy evenings. The garden was really well kept and we spent most afternoons floating in the heated pool. The dining area opening straight outside was perfect for shared meals. Quiet neighbourhood and a quick drive to Meloneras beach. Loved it.

Great for kids
The bunk bed room worked perfectly for our little ones. Having ramps instead of stairs was great for the grandparents. We all enjoyed the heated pool and barbecue area.

Modern and very clean
