Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as a family of eight and the villa worked perfectly for everyone. The layout over several levels meant we never felt on top of each other, and having four proper bathrooms plus extra toilets around the gym and pool areas made daily routines very easy. The sea views from the terraces were beautiful at any time of day, especially in the morning. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home, and the private garage was a real bonus. San Agustín beach was an easy walk, so we rarely needed the car once we arrived.

This villa was ideal for a relaxing break with plenty of space and privacy. We spent a lot of time using the sauna and gym, which were far better than expected for a holiday rental. In the evenings, we enjoyed quiet time on the terraces with a drink while watching the ocean. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well throughout the house, and the two living rooms gave us flexibility to relax separately when needed. The area felt peaceful, yet restaurants and the beach were close enough to walk to.

We booked the villa for a group of friends and loved how much there was to do without leaving the property. The billiard table and ping pong were used every day, and having multiple social spaces inside made evenings very comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious and well distributed, and the terrace access from two of them was a nice touch. Parking in the private garage was easy, and getting to the airport was straightforward. It felt like a high-end home rather than a typical rental.

Brilliant villa in a beautiful part canaries
We stayed for a longer holiday and appreciated how practical and comfortable the house was. The washing machine, dryer and well-equipped kitchen made settling in easy, and the sustainable water heating was a nice detail. The neighbourhood of San Agustín felt calm and safe, with good restaurants just a short walk away. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach and occasional trips to Maspalomas. The villa offered the right balance between peaceful downtime and access to attractions, which made our stay very memorable.
